In Out (excerpt) is a text-sound composition in the shape of a relaxation exercise. The concept is simple and rather self explaining: A short instruction to the listener is repeated, and gradually evolves to a mirror in mirror motive.
Theoretically the length of the piece is eternal. No matter how long you listen to it, it is an excerpt.
